One on one Sessions

Join me for a one on one session to hone your skills in the art of building relationships in a luxury sales setting. Each session runs for one hour and I will teach you how to connect with your clients deeply, and make more sales than you ever have before. It's counterintuitive, but if you can learn to focus on your relationship with the client and not on trying to make a sale, you will be so much more successful.

Group Client Connection Coaching
Session

There's nothing like a group session. Run in person, these sessions get everyone involved and and actively participating in a dynamic way. Our session will start with a presentation on The Subdial's six step sales process and then move on to workshopping your own personal story in a sales setting, building confidence and then everyones favourite, live role plays. We will split off into teams and work on weaving our personal stories into our consultations.

Some important points we cover,

1. How do you deal with objections in a luxury sales environment?
2. How can I make a connection with my clients if I don't have good technical knowledge?
3. What can I do if the customer asks me for a discount?

The Group Client Coaching session is an interactive workshop for luxury retail professionals to hone their interpersonal and connection skills through engaging activities and dynamic role plays. It's fun, challenging and interactive.
